Only got five minutes? Here’s what you can do to help:

  • Share the love. The more people out there that know we exist, the quicker street harassment will end. Invite your friends to follow our social media accounts. Share a link to our website. Share our posts.
  • Do you or someone you know have a story about street harassment? Share it on our site.
  • Write your own posts on social media using the hashtag #lawanpelecehan

Got a little more time?

  • Everyday is a HOLLAday. So much of what we do is about getting the word out. Spread the HOLLAlove around at your next get-together!
  • Send us a video of you telling your street harassment story.

Got a lot more time?

  • Don’t live in Jakarta and wish there was a Hollaback! in your town or campus? Launch a Hollaback! in your town! Come on, Yogya, Surabaya, Denpasar, Padang, Bandung, Labuan Bajo, Ternate, we’re talking to you!
  • Guest blogging. Got a smart, sassy opinion about street harassment? Let it be heard! Email us your blog post and we’ll post it on the site (in English or Indonesian!).
  • Got any other kinds of skills? Are you part of another organization and want to collaborate? We need you. We are entirely volunteer run and need all the help we can get. Event planners, artists, graphic designers, DJs and VJs, grantwriters, we need you one and all. We’ll figure something out! #gerakbersama, send us an email: [email protected]
  • Write a song. Or poem or skit, or paint a picture. If you have a piece of art relating to street harassment/feminism/equal rights, we’d love for you to share it!
